Earthquake: 6.4 magnitude earthquake in Atlantic Ocean, no tsunami warning

Washington: The United States Geological Survey (USGS) said a magnitude 6.4 earthquake struck the North Atlantic Ocean.

According to the USGS, the quake was recorded at a depth of 10 km. The earthquake occurred at 8:28 pm (UTC) on 10 July.

USGS tweeted, “Remarkable earthquake, preliminary information indicates a 6.4 magnitude earthquake in the North Atlantic Ocean.”

The agency has not issued any tsunami warnings after the 6.4 magnitude earthquake in the North Atlantic Ocean.
