Florida gunfight at suburban Miami bar: 2 Dead, police officer including 7 injured in shooting

Florida: There has been a shooting incident inside a bar in Florida, America. According to sources, two people have been killed while 7 have been injured. A police officer is also among the injured. The police killed the shooter on the spot. According to Miami Police, the incident occurred at 3:30 am on Saturday when a man pulled out a gun and shot a security guard after a dispute. After this the person fired several rounds. Police said six of those shot were standing. At the same time, a police officer was shot in the leg.

Police said a dispute broke out at the Martini Bar at City Place Doral in Miami, after which a security guard intervened. After the security guard interrupted, the shooter took out the gun and shot the guard. The police retaliated and killed the shooter on the spot. A police officer was shot in the leg in the firing and was taken to hospital. The injured police officer was among the two policemen who fought the shooter.

In the video being played in the American media, the police car is seen moving rapidly towards the emergency entrance of the hospital. As the police car stops, other policemen are seen helping the injured officer out of the back seat. According to reports, the injured officer has been discharged from the hospital.

The incidents of shootings in America have increased in the last few years. According to the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation at the University of Washington School of Medicine, the US ranks first among high-income countries with a population of more than 10 million in gun homicides.
