IMD forecast issues strong winds blow from Punjab to UP, rain and snowfall in these states

According to the Meteorological Department, during February 12 to 14, there is also a possibility of strong winds (speed of 25-35 km per hour) in some parts of the plains of northwest India. New Delhi: The weather is expected to remain clear in the rest of the country for the next few days, except in the high hills of Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh and Himachal Pradesh of the Western Himalayas. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), a fresh but weak Western Disturbance is likely to affect the western Himalayan region from the night of 14 February.

Due to its effect, there is a possibility of light rain and snowfall with lightning at different places in Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan and Muzaffarabad during February 15-16. According to IMD, there is a possibility of light rain and snowfall at different places in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Nagaland from February 12 to 16, along with lightning accompanied by thunder.

According to the Meteorological Department, during February 12 to 14, there is also a possibility of strong winds (speed of 25-35 km per hour) in some parts of the plains of northwest India. Apart from this, there is no possibility of any significant change in the weather in the rest of the country during the next 5 days. However, rain and snowfall continues at different places in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan and Muzaffarabad and Arunachal Pradesh.

According to the Meteorological Department (IMD), there will be a drop of 2 to 3 degree Celsius in the minimum temperature in many parts of East India, South Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh till the 14th and after that for the next 3 days the minimum temperature in this area will be 2 to 4 degree Celsius. Celsius is likely to rise.
