New Delhi: In the last 24 hours, 9,355 new cases of Covid-19 have been reported in the country. The number of active cases of corona in India is 57,410. On the other hand, talking about the recovery rate, it is 98.69%. In the last 24 hours, 12,932 people have recovered from Corona. While talking about the total number of people getting cured, it is 4,43,35,977. The daily positivity rate is 4.08% while the weekly positivity rate is 5.36%.
1,040 new cases of Covid-19 in Delhi
On Wednesday, 1,040 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Delhi and due to this seven people died, while the infection rate was 21.16 percent. According to the Health Department, after the arrival of new cases of Covid-19 in Delhi, the total number of infection cases increased to 20,36,196 and after the death of seven patients, the total number of people who lost their lives due to the epidemic increased to 26,613.
In three of the seven deaths, Covid-19 was not the primary cause of death, while in two patients the infection was detected incidentally. The number of patients under treatment of Kovid-19 in the national capital has increased to 4,708, out of which 3,384 patients are getting their treatment done at home. According to the health bulletin, during the last 24 hours, 4,915 samples were tested for Covid-19.
498 new cases of corona surfaced in Rajasthan
Three more people infected with Corona virus infection died in Rajasthan on Wednesday, while 498 new cases of infection were reported. According to the Medical and Health Department, one patient each died in Barmer, Bharatpur and Dausa due to this deadly infection on Wednesday, while 498 new cases of infection were reported in the state.
According to the department, 498 new cases include 110 in Jaipur, 46 in Udaipur, 41 in Ajmer, 38 in Chittorgarh, 37 in Bharatpur, 35 in Jodhpur, 26 in Bikaner. Currently 3440 infected are under treatment in the state.
