The stolen car belonging to BJP president JP Nadda’s wife has been successfully recovered in Varanasi, marking a significant development in the case. The Fortuner vehicle was reported stolen from Delhi’s Govindpuri area late on March 18.
Two people have been caught in connection to the theft. They are Shahid and Shivang Tripathi, from Badkhal near Faridabad in Uttar Pradesh.
JP Nadda’s Stolen Car Found in Varanasi. The police said the thieves used another car to go to Delhi and steal Nadda’s car. They changed the number plate in Badkhal. They planned to take the car to Nagaland but it was found in Varanasi after going through many places.
According to police reports, the perpetrators utilized a Creta car to travel to Delhi and execute the theft. Upon stealing Nadda’s car, they altered its number plate in Badkhal. Their intended destination for the stolen vehicle was Nagaland, with the car having traversed through Aligarh, Lakhimpur Kheri, Bareilly, Sitapur, and Lucknow before reaching Varanasi.
Previously, Mallika Nadda’s car was reported stolen from a service center in Govindpuri, Delhi. The vehicle was taken to the service center, where it was allegedly stolen, prompting the driver to file a complaint on March 19. Subsequently, the police launched an investigation and initiated efforts to locate the missing car.
