New Delhi: CBI has called today Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav for questioning in the land-for-job case. However, according to the news coming in, he will not appear before the central agency today. He has cited the poor health and hospitalization of his pregnant wife. According to media reports, Tejashwi Yadav’s wife fainted today. Due to this, Tejashwi has taken him to the hospital. For this reason, he will not appear for questioning.

Rajshree Yadav is pregnant. On Friday, after 12 hours of questioning, she fainted due to blood pressure problem. Lalu Saad Yadav (Lalu Prasad Yadav) and his entire family are surrounded by allegations of land for job scam scam. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav (Tejashwi Yadav) was summoned by the CBI after the ED raid on the house of Lalu Yadav’s sons and daughters and other close ones on Friday. Official CBI sources say that Tejashwi Yadav has been called for questioning for the second time.

Earlier on February 4, CBI had issued summons to Tejashwi Yadav in this case. However, even then he did not appear before the CBI, after which a new date was given on Saturday. If official sources are to be believed, on Saturday, March 11, the CBI will not appear for questioning in the matter of giving job in lieu of land in Railways, due to ill health of his wife.

Tejashwi was present during ED’s raid
According to sources, Tejashwi Yadav was called for questioning at the CBI headquarters in Delhi on Saturday morning. During the ED raid on Friday, Tejashwi Yadav was present at his house in New Friends Colony, Delhi. The ED claims to have found evidence and documents against him in the Land for Job scam case.

Raids on 24 locations from morning to night
On Friday, the ED reached Lalu Yadav and his relatives in Delhi, NCR, Patna, Ranchi and Mumbai for simultaneous raids at a total of 24 locations. These belong to Ragini Yadav, Chanda Yadav, Hema Yadav, Navdeep Sardana, Praveen Jain, Syed Abu Dojana, AK Infosystems, Brahma City Pvt Ltd, Elite Landbase, Whiteland Corporation Pvt Ltd and Meridian Construction. The ED claimed to have recovered Rs 53 lakh in cash, $1,900, 540 gm gold biscuits, 1.5 kg gold ornaments and important documents. This action, which started in the morning, continued till late night.
