Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: An alleged footage of 45-year-old doctor, who said to be addicted to drugs, emerges that shows of him roaming inside the state-run hospital in Maharashtra naked. The incident happened in the state’s Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district, earlier known as Aurangabad.

According to locals, the doctor, whose name was not disclosed, is a drug addict and worked in the government hospital in Bidkin, situated around 20 km from Aurangabad. It is being said that the doctor committed the act when he was allegedly drunk.

CCTV footage shows the doctor loitering on the premises of the hospital without any clothes. He is seen waving a piece of cloth in the corridor, before going inside the washroom, whose door remained open.

In a video that has gone viral on social media, the head nurse could be seen screaming after spotting the doctor in a naked state. As the accused doctor moves towards the toilet, other patients could be seen covering their eyes in shame. However, the doctor could be seen moving without even bothering about other patients.

Dr Dayanand Motipavle, who is the head of the health services of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district, stated that the investigation has been launched and stringent action will be initiated if the accused doctor is found guilty. “The CCTV footage of the incident was being examined. If the allegations against the doctor are proven, he will be punished,” Motipavle said.
