Maharashtra: Mumbai Police has detained two youths on Thursday for breaking into actor Shahrukh Khan’s bungalow Mannat by breaking the wall. According to a Bandra Police official, the two youths, aged 19-20, were caught by security personnel on duty after entering the bungalow.

During interrogation, both told the police that they had come from Gujarat and wanted to meet Shah Rukh. The official said that a case under other sections of the Indian Penal Code, including unauthorized entry into the premises, is being registered and further investigation is underway.

A senior police officer said that on Thursday, the two youths somehow managed to enter the house, but were caught by the security guards.

The security guard updated Shah Rukh Khan’s team about the intrusion, who then decided to file a police complaint. After this, a case report was filed at Bandra Police Station. A case of trespassing and other relevant offences was registered against them under the Indian Penal Code (IPC). Further investigation is underway.

A police officer said that a case was registered against the two youths on Thursday evening, following which the two youths have been taken into police custody. Bandra Police revealed that according to their initial interrogation, it appears that both the accused are admirers of Shahrukh Khan and wanted to meet him, which is why they decided to trespass.
