New Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is going to be launched today

Royal Enfield has officially confirmed that it is going to roll out the next generation of its iconic Bullet 350 for the Indian market on today.

The price is expected to start from Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom) and the deliveries are expected to start shortly after the launch.

The most significant improvement is the switch to RE’s more contemporary J-platform, which features the 349cc engine from the Hunter, the Meteor, and Classic 350s, and is significantly smoother. The 346cc UCE engine that has been powering the Bullet 350 since 2010 is replaced by the newer 349cc J-platform engine. The last motorcycle to utilise RE’s classic UCE powerplant is the current Bullet 350. Although output numbers have not yet been confirmed, the new Bullet 350 should produce around the same 20.2 BHP at 6,100 rpm and 27 Nm at 4,000 rpm of torque as all the previous J-platform bikes. The engine comes paired with a five-speed gearbox. Meanwhile, it is important to note that the Hunter 350, which starts at an ex-showroom price of 2 lakh, currently carries the label of being the most affordable new-generation Royal Enfield.

The bike is also expected to come with an updated tail lamp, a single-piece seat arrangement, larger chrome fenders, a rectangular battery box, and a tear-shaped fuel tank that will add charm to the upcoming Bullet 350.
