The Noida Traffic Police late on Monday issued a traffic advisory in view of the farmers' tractor march, saying vehicular movement will be affected in the city and borders with Delhi. The move comes after two other farmers groups — the Bhartiya Kisan Parishad and All India Kisan Sabha – protested in the city at NTPC Noida and in front of the Greater Noida Authority office, reported sources.
Over personal enmity, a man working as delivery boy in Noida was allegedly beaten with a stick and slapped multiple times by a group of men known to him. The victim was also stripped shirtless and thrashed brutally by the accused, officials said on Thursday.
A class 12 boy jumped off a building in Greater Noida after he returned from school. After reaching home he went to sit on the terrace of the building at the 22nd floor. Parents of the boy informed police that their son had failed his boards last year.
Noida: An official said that a 32-year-old woman along with two minor daughters jumped from the fourth floor of a building in Noida. He added that the woman identified as Sarita and her 3-year-old daughter died. After receiving information about this incident police reached on the spot.

In a major breakthrough, the Noida cops have unearthed the 16-year-old murder case and on Sunday recovered the body of the boy — the son of a businessman who was strangulated by his two friends 13 days ago — from a canal in Dankaur in Greater Noida. Two people were arrested for allegedly killing the boy, identified as Vaibhav Singhal, son of a trader in Greater Noida's Bilaspur area.
As soon as news of this heinous act spread, several police teams were formed to nab the culprit. Their continued pursuit led to an encounter during which the accused was shot in the leg. The injured man was later taken into custody and taken to hospital for medical treatment.

Noida: An officials said that the body of a newborn child was recovered in a posh group housing society from a dustbin in Noida on Wednesday. They added that efforts are underway to establish the identity of the newborn and trace those linked to the case.
