Pakistan Terrorist Attack: Terrorists killed seven workers by firing indiscriminately in Gwadar, Balochistan

Pakitan: On Thursday, Seven workers killed by Unknown gunmen opened fire when they sleeping in their residential quarters near Gwadar Port in Balochistan province of Pakistan. According to a report, the victims belonged to Pakistan's most populous province Punjab and worked at a barber shop in Surbandar.

Pakistan Terrorist Attack: Terrorists killed seven workers by firing indiscriminately in Gwadar, Balochistan

Pakitan: On Thursday, Seven workers killed by Unknown gunmen opened fire when they sleeping in their residential quarters near Gwadar Port in Balochistan province of Pakistan. According to a report, the victims belonged to Pakistan’s most populous province Punjab and worked at a barber shop in Surbandar.

The firing happened near the Fish Harbour Jetty in Surbandar area, in which one person was also injured. Gwadar Station House Officer (SHO) Mohsin Ali told media that the bodies of the seven barbers killed and the injured man have been taken to Gwadar Hospital.

After this news,Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti condemned the attack and called it “open terrorism”. He said the culprits would not be spared and vowed to support the families of those killed in the firing.

“We will chase after terrorists and their facilitators,” he said, adding that there is no soft corner for them in Pakistan. At the same time, Balochistan Home Minister Mir Zia Ullah Langau said that “the killing of innocent labourers is a cowardly act.”

About this incident, A Balochistan government spokesperson said that administrative officials are in touch with the district administration and have reached the spot where the attack took place. He added that the families of the victims have been contacted and an inquiry has been ordered into the incident.
