Emotional post of Robert Vadra: There was talk of Gandhi family’s son-in-law and Priyanka Gandhi’s husband Robert Vadra not getting ticket from Congress in the Lok Sabha elections. Due to the delay in announcement of candidates from Rae Bareli and Amethi, speculations were also being made that Robert Vadra could be fielded from Amethi. However, the party has fielded Rahul Gandhi from Rae Bareli and KL Sharma from Amethi. After which an emotional post of Vadra is going viral on social media.

Robert Vadra wrote in his Facebook post, ‘No political power or position can come between our family. We all will always work, will and will continue to work for the betterment of the people and the people of our great nation. Thanks everyone for your support and well wishes. I will always help people as much as possible through my public service.’ Let us tell you that Robert Vadra has expressed his desire to contest elections from Amethi many times. At the same time, this is Vadra’s first reaction after making KL Sharma the candidate from Amethi.

On the question of contesting elections from Amethi, Robert Vadra had said that the voice is coming from the entire country that he should join active politics. He always lives among people. He had further said that the current Amethi MP Smriti Irani has not fulfilled her promises, the people there want her to stay among them.
