SC grants interim bail to AAP leader Satyendar Jain on medical grounds till July 11

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has granted bail to former Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on medical grounds. The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Satyendar Jain with conditions. The Supreme Court said that we are giving interim bail for six weeks on health grounds.

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has granted bail to former Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on medical grounds. The Supreme Court has granted interim bail to Satyendar Jain with conditions. The Supreme Court said that we are giving interim bail for six weeks on health grounds.During this, he can also get treated in a private hospital of his choice.

Also, the Supreme Court said that Jain will not be able to go out of Delhi. The next hearing will be on July 11.Satyendra Jain was admitted to Deen Dayal Upadhyay (DDU) Hospital on Friday due to ill health. After this, seeing his critical condition, the doctors put him on oxygen support. After this he was shifted to LNJP Hospital for better treatment. Satyendar Jain was arrested by ED on charges of money laundering. Jain was arrested on 30 May 2022.

According to Satyendra’s lawyer, he is running very ill. He has been gripped by many diseases including depression. Because of this his body has also become weak. Meanwhile, news had come that Satyendar Jain had suddenly fallen in the bathroom, due to which there were serious injuries in his spinal bones.

Because of this, he had to be admitted to the hospital as well.Earlier, Satyendar Jain had written a letter to Tihar Jail officials, in which he had requested that two-three prisoners should be allowed to enter his cell. Satyendar Jain wrote in his letter that he was feeling lonely. On his request, the jail officer also sent two-three prisoners to his cell. But, as soon as other senior officers came to know about this. Immediately the prisoners were called back from the cell.
