An 18-year-old girl collapsed and died while dancing at her sister’s wedding in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Rimsha, the girl, was participating in the ‘haldi ceremony’ on Friday evening when the incident occurred.
A video widely shared on social media captured the tragic moment. Rimsha can be seen attempting to dance with her family members but suddenly touches her chest and collapses seconds later.
She was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead upon arrival. Doctors suspect she may have suffered a heart attack.
The family faced this tragedy just two days before the wedding. The ceremony proceeded without music and with only close family members present.
