Uttarakhand: 5 college students from Dehradun killed after car plunges into deep ditch in Mussoorie

Dehradun: On Saturday, police said that at least five people killed after a car lost control and fell into a deep ditch on the Mussoorie-Dehradun road. After receiving information about this incident local police reached on the spot.

Dehradun: On Saturday, police said that at least five people killed after a car lost control and fell into a deep ditch on the Mussoorie-Dehradun road. After receiving information about this incident local police reached on the spot.

According to the information, another one was injured in this incident. The police added that on Saturday morning, the incident occurred when four boys and two girls were returning from a trip to Mussoorie.

Official said that they all studying at Dehradun’s IMS college. The injured women is identified as Nancy. After the incident, the injured woman was rushed to a hospital in critical condition.

Commenting on this incident, SP City Pramod Kumar said, “Five people died after a car lost control and fell into a deep ditch near Pani Wala Band on Mussoorie Dehradun Marg Jhadipani Road.”

He added,”Four boys and two girls studying at Dehradun IMS College had come to Mussoorie for a trip. 5 people have died in the accident while a girl named Nancy is seriously injured. She is undergoing treatment and her condition remains critical.”
