Prime Minister illuminated the symbolic significance of ‘Veer Bal Diwas,’ portraying it as a collective commitment to go to any extent for the protection of Bharatiyata. The government has launched participative programs nationwide, with a particular focus on educating citizens, especially children, about the remarkable courage of the Sahibzades, sons of Sikh Guru Gobind Singh. A digital exhibition detailing their life stories and sacrifices will grace schools and childcare institutions nationwide.

Prime Minister Modi’s announcement on January 9, 2022, marking December 26 as ‘Veer Baal Diwas’ in honor of the martyrdom of Zorawar Singh and Fateh Singh, resonates in these multifaceted initiatives.
