Patna/Bihar: Passengers waiting for the train at Patna Junction on Sunday morning had to be embarrassed in front of their families. Dozens of TV screens on the platforms of the junction suddenly started broadcasting obscene films instead of advertisements. After this incident on the platform full of passengers, on the one hand the passengers got angry, on the other hand there was a stir among the railwaymen. Passengers immediately informed about this to GRP and RPF. The obscene video was broadcast on dozens of screens for about three minutes.
After the closure of the film, all the preferred officers including the control were informed by the RPF.
As soon as the incident was reported, Divisional Railway Manager Prabhat Kumar, taking it seriously, lodged an FIR against the concerned agency Datta Communication in the RPF post.
Strict action instructed
Divisional Railway Manager Prabhat Kumar said that information about the incident has been received. Instructions have been given to take strict action in this matter.
An FIR has been lodged against the concerned agency in the RPF police station. Penalty will also be imposed against the agency and it will be removed and blacklisted.
Kumar said that such an incident will not be tolerated. At the same time, according to the information received from official sources, on Sunday, after 9.30 o’clock in the day, pornographic film started playing on the TV screen at the junction.
At that time there was a huge crowd on all the platforms. Hundreds of such families were waiting for the train at the station. He was embarrassed by the sudden showing of a pornographic film.
After this incident, a raid was conducted in the control of the advertising agency and the employees there were found watching pornographic films. However, on seeing RPF, they immediately deleted it.
The employees of the agency have been taken into custody. they are being interrogated. The owner of the agency has been called.
Due to Sunday, the fine has not been imposed by the commercial department. Along with fine, termination action will also be taken against the concerned agency on Monday.
However, the officials are talking about showing pornographic films only on platform number ten from 9.56 am to 9.59 pm only for three minutes. At present RPF is probing the matter.
