This accolade positions the laddus alongside other renowned GI-tagged products, such as the Tirupati Balaji laddus, reaffirming their cultural and historical significance.
The news of the GI tag accreditation resonated deeply among devotees and locals alike. Manish Singh, a devout follower who frequents the Hanuman Garhi temple, expressed his elation, stating, “The registration of the Hanuman Garhi Laddu for the GI tag fills us with immense pride. This achievement holds special significance as we approach the inauguration of the Ram Mandir.”
The artisan behind the Hanuman Garhi Laddus extended heartfelt gratitude to the government for recognizing the laddu’s unique heritage.
