Raturi mentioned that a lot of people will be traveling during this period. So, it’s better if VIPs avoid visiting the holy sites from May 10th to May 25th, 2024. This will help make the journey easier for everyone.

During the Chardham Yatra, people visit these holy places in a particular order. These sites are only open for a few months every year.

To prepare for the Yatra, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) held a practice session in Dehradun to check how things were going. Also, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami led a meeting to go over plans. He told officials to make sure there’s electricity, clean water, and good roads along the travel routes for the Yatra.
