Attempts to smuggle arms and narcotics into Indian territory persist, notably in Punjab, where cross-border smugglers frequently exploit drone technology. In a joint operation, the Border Security Force (BSF) and Punjab Police recovered a Pakistani drone in the Amritsar sector, retrieved from a field near Dhanoe Kalan village. The recovered drone, identified as a Chinese-made DJI Mavic 3 Classic Quadcopter, underscores the persistent challenge faced by authorities combating illicit activities along the Indian border.
