Reserve day has been kept for the final match of IPL 2023. That is, if the final rains on Sunday, then the match will go to the reserve day. The final match of IPL 2023 is to start at 7:30 pm. In such a situation, rain comes and after the match is interrupted for some time, there will be no reduction in overs in case the game starts till 09:40.

Even after this, if it rains, then the cut-off time for the match for 5-5 overs will be till 11:56. If the game does not start by 11:56, then the option of super over (match of one over) will be used. If there is no play even in the super over due to rain, then the match will go to the reserve day. Apart from this, if the match is not held due to rain on the reserve day, then the Gujarat team will become the winner.

The pitch of Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad is more helpful for the batsmen. Here the ball comes on the bat well. So far this season, the average score here in the first innings in 8 matches has been 193 runs. Out of this, five matches have been won by the team batting first.

Looking at this, it can be said that whichever team wins the toss between Gujarat and Chennai can decide to bat first. Spinners do not get much help on this ground, but if the match is played on a red clay pitch then spinners can also win silver. A high scoring match can be seen between Chennai and Gujarat.
