Delhi Liquor Scam: ED names AAP’s Raghav Chadha in supplementary chargesheet

New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party leader Raghav Chadha’s name has appeared in the second supplementary charge sheet of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in Delhi’s alleged liquor scam case. It was told in the charge sheet that a conspiracy was hatched to fake transactions.

Raghav Chadha was present in the meeting held at Manish Sisodia’s house. Manish Sisodia’s secretary had taken Raghav’s name. Let us tell you that Manish Sisodia is currently lodged in Tihar Jail in the Delhi liquor scam case.

Meanwhile, the Enforcement Directorate has claimed in its third supplementary charge sheet that former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia had allegedly planted e-mails as part of a conspiracy to hush up the liquor scam. The news agency quoted sources as saying that Manish Sisodia had done this with the aim of furthering his agenda. Former Deputy CM Sisodia wanted to make changes in Delhi Excise Policy according to his own, which is enough to prove his wrong intention.

The Central Investigation Agency Enforcement Directorate has claimed in the supplementary charge sheet that the PMLA investigation so far has revealed that the Delhi Excise Policy 2021-22 was implemented by the top leadership of the Aam Aadmi Party, especially Manish Sisodia, for the purpose of obtaining illegal funds through illegal means. ED has told in the charge sheet that the excise policy was deliberately prepared with loopholes to facilitate illegal and criminal activities.
