India reports more than 1500 new Covid-19 cases after 146 days, 6 deaths in last 24 hours

New Delhi: Once again there has been a huge surge in the number of infected. According to the latest data released by the Union Health Ministry, 1590 new cases of Corona have been reported in the last 24 hours in the country, which is the highest in 146 days.

During this time 6 patients died. Along with this, the number of active corona patients in the country has increased to 8,601.The number of deaths due to corona infection in the country has increased to 53,0824. 910 patients recovered in last 24 hours.

The total number of patients who have recovered from Corona has become 44162832. On Friday, 9497 people were given anti-coronavirus vaccines in the country. A total of 2206544324 vaccinations have been done so far.

According to the information given by the Union Health Ministry, the daily positive rate is currently 1.33 percent and the weekly positive rate is 1.23 percent. The number of people recovering from Corona is increasing continuously.

The recovery rate in the country has now increased to 98.79 percent. While the death rate remains at 1.19 percent. Active cases comprise 0.02 percent of total infections
