India vs Australia, 2nd ODI: Australia beat India by 10 wickets.

Visakhapatnam: The second match of the three-match ODI series between India and Australia was played in Visakhapatnam. In terms of ball, Team India has suffered the biggest defeat at home. After losing the toss, Team India batting first got reduced to just 117 runs. In response, Australia won the match in just 11 overs without losing any wicket. The pair of Australia’s two openers, Travis Head and Mitchell Marsh, won their team here with 234 balls remaining.
India captain Rohit Sharma:It is disappointing. No doubt about that. We didn’t play to our potential. We didn’t apply ourselves with the bat. We always knew that was not enough runs. It was not a 117 pitch at all. Today wasn’t the day for us. Starc is a quality bowler. He has been doing it for Australia with the new ball. He kept bowling to his strength. Swung the new ball and took the odd ball away.
Australia captain Steven Smith: It was a quick one. 37 overs for the game, you don’t see that too often. I thought our bowlers were outstanding. The way Head and Marsh played at the start, they just kept going and we were able to bounce back after the last game. Don’t know about the catch of the century. Nice that I held on today. Fortunate I was able to hang on to it. It was a big wicket; Hardik is an unbelievable player.
Player of the Match is Mitchell Starc:I feel like my rhythm has been good for a few weeks now and I guess the last couple of nights I’ve got the ball to shape in the air and do a little bit off the wicket so it’s feeling in a good place and hopefully it continues.
