Jaipur Airport recently encountered a security threat when an email was received, warning of a potential bomb explosion. The airport administration promptly initiated a comprehensive search operation throughout the airport premises. The incident was reported to the airport police station, triggering an ongoing investigation into the matter.
Jaipur Airport Faces Bomb Threat. Following the threat, a thorough screening process was implemented for all passengers, both arriving and departing, along with their luggage. The airport authorities, in collaboration with a bomb disposal squad and a canine unit, conducted a meticulous search of the entire airport. Despite these efforts, no explosives were found.

This incident follows a similar security concern at Mumbai International Airport in November of this year. During that incident, the airport received a threatening email targeting Terminal 2, demanding a one-million-dollar payment in Bitcoin within 48 hours to prevent a potential explosion.
