Confirming the incident, an Indian Air Force official said that an Air Force training aircraft has crashed today. In this, both the pilots including the female pilot are safe. Court of Inquiry has been ordered to find out the cause of the accident.

Apart from this, according to the information, the fire brigade personnel immediately reached the spot and are using water to extinguish the fire.
The Directorate General of Civil Aviation had ordered a detailed inquiry into the emergency landing of a training aircraft in Belagavi, Karnataka. A two-seater training aircraft belonging to Redbird Aviation made an emergency landing near Sambra airport on Tuesday.
Emergency landing was called due to technical fault during the flight. Both the pilots have received minor injuries. He has been taken to the Air Force Hospital for treatment.
