Mumbai: In a heart-wrenching incident in Maharashtra’s Badlapur, a nine-year-old boy, Ibad, became the victim of a kidnapping-turned-murder that shocked the local community. The young boy had gone to a mosque to offer evening prayers during Ramadan when he was abducted.
