Kanker: On Thursday, A jawan of the Border Security Force lost his life in a blast triggered by Naxalites in Kanker district Chhattisgarh. This is the second such death in two days. A senior police official said that the incident happened near Sadaktola village under Partapur police station limits while a combined team of the BSF and district police force was on patrol.
Chhattisgarh: On Wednesday evening, Vishnu Deo Sai took oath as the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh at an event in Raipur. Chhattisgarh: On Wednesday, an official said that A Chhattisgarh Army jawan was killed when Naxalites attacked a team of security personnel and blasted with an improvised explosive device (IED) in Narayanpur district of Chhattisgarh reportedly triggered by Naxalites in the area.
The IED planted by Naxalites exploded in Chhattisgarh's Sukma district. Police officials said the incident took place this morning near Saletong village under Kistaram police station area, where two soldiers were injured in a similar blast on Monday.
