Papua New Guinea, Fiji awarded PM Modi with their country’s highest honor for global leadership

New Delhi: PM Modi has been awarded Fiji’s highest honour. Fiji has been awarded the highest decoration of Fiji: Companion of the Order of Fiji by the Prime Minister of Fiji, Sitwani Rabuka. The thing to note is that till date only a few non-Fiji people have got this honour. In such a situation, this honor has a different significance for India. Along with this, Republic of Palau also honored PM Narendra Modi.

Papua New Guinea also honored PM Modi with its country’s highest award. Papua New Guinea honored PM Modi with the Companion of the Order of Logohu for championing the cause of unity of the Pacific island nations and the cause of the Global South.
