Sydney: Several people injured in stabbing at church, 2nd incident in 3 days

Sydney: on Monday, police authorities said that a number of people were injured in a stabbing at a church in Walkley, about 30 km (18 miles) west of the Sydney central business district. A police statement said that Officers arrested a male and he is assisting police with inquiries.

Sydney was thrown into chaos on Saturday at shopping mall after reports of multiple stabbings and a possible shooting there have sparked a major police response. Local media reported gunshots could be heard inside Westfield Mall at Bondi junction, sources reported.
