In a devastating incident, a truck veered off the road and plunged into a valley in Goa, resulting in one fatality and 13 individuals sustaining injuries. Chief Minister Sawant, alongside Minister Phal Desai, immediately responded to the scene, providing crucial assistance to the victims.
Sawant, a trained Ayurvedic doctor, swiftly attended to the injured, assessing their condition, while Minister Phal Desai actively participated in the rescue operation, aiding in the extraction of victims from the overturned vehicle. According to a senior police official, the victims were seated on the truck’s carrier when the driver lost control, causing the tragic accident.
