Ukrainian woman Aliia Nasyrova holds the Guinness World Record for the longest hair | Watch

Aliia Nasyrova, from Ukraine, is dubbed as the real-life Rapunzel as her hair measure 8 feet 5.3 inches in length. She was crowned as the woman with the longest hair in the world on the set of Italian TV series.

Bratislava: Aliia Nasyrova, from Ukraine, is dubbed as the real-life Rapunzel as her hair measure 8 feet 5.3 inches in length. She was crowned as the woman with the longest hair in the world on the set of Italian TV series.

Aliia’s hair are more than 3 feet longer than her height. Her mane measures more than the height of the world’s tallest man Sultan Kösen – who is 8 feet 2.8 inches tall.

Aliia, who lives in Slovakia, has never got a haircut done. The only time she gets her hair trimmed is when it’s required to keep her hair healthy.

The 35-year-old is an artist and also works as a long hair model. She also shares her journey on her Instagram and YouTube accounts.

She was inspired by mother and grandmother who also had super long hair. now She hopes to “inspire people to enjoy human beauty and be natural”.

Aliia Nasyrova hair care routine
She also shared that apart from trimming her tresses, Aliia washes it once a week and it takes her 30 minutes to do so. Moreover, she refrains from using heat completely and lets her hair dry out naturally, which by the way can take up to 24 hours.

Aliia shared her simple hair care tips. She doesn’t like to use heat on her hair. So, she lets her hair dry naturally after washing them. She combs her hair only when they are dry. She doesn’t colour her hair and uses only natural products. She rarely uses henna and applies natural masks and oils in her hair. She prepares the masks by herself. “As well as that I get my split ends trimmed regularly and I eat healthy food and don’t drink alcohol. I take vitamins and get scalp massages and sometimes visit a sea or ocean to soak my hair in all the natural minerals,” she was quoted as saying by Daily Star.

She puts her hair in a braided bun but lets them loose when she’s recording content for her social media.
