Lucknow: According to the report given by an official said that a Bharatiya Janata Party leader killed after her car hit by a truck in Naugawan Sadat area of Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. After receiving information about this incident Police reached the spot.
After this incident, a police said that the BJP leader was identified as Sarita Singh. She was returning to her home in Moradabad from Noorpur. After the collision, the car caught fire, due to which she was badly burnt. Police
further said that after much effort admitted the injured BJP leader to the district hospital where the doctors declared her brought dead.
Giving information about this incident local police said that a case has been registered against the unknown driver of the truck. According to police, the BJP leader was going from Noorpur to her home in Moradabad in her car at around 1 a.m. in the night. She was alone and was driving the car herself.
CO Anjali Kataria said that the car caught fire and was badly damaged in the accident. Injured Singh was badly burnt after getting trapped in the flames. According to report, a call came on Singh’s mobile from her family members due to which the police could identify her. He also said that an FIR has been registered against the unknown driver of the truck in the case and efforts are on to identify him.
