Virat Kohli surpasses Chris Gayle’s record, hits two consecutive hundreds in IPL 2023

New Delhi: In the 70th match of Indian Premier League 2023, Virat Kohli scored a brilliant century against Gujarat Titans and with this he has created history. This is Virat’s 7th century in IPL history. With this, he has become the batsman to score the most centuries in the history of the tournament.

In this case, he has left Chris Gayle behind. Because before this century, Chris Gayle and Virat Kohli had equally 6-6 centuries in their names. Now King Kohli has gone ahead of him. The former RCB captain scored this century in 61 balls with the help of 13 fours and 1 six. The special thing is that this century came from Virat’s bat at a time when the team needed him the most.
