In Sathiala village of Amritsar district of Punjab, members of the gang belonging to Gopi Ghansham Puriya group opened fire on Jarnail Singh, in which he died.

In Sathiala village of Amritsar, the gang members belonging to the Gopi Ghansham Puria group opened fire on Jarnail Singh, in which he died. The miscreants had come in a Swift car. All the four miscreants escaped from the spot after killing Jarnail Singh. According to the information, Jarnail Singh was at his home in his village at the time of the incident. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot. Presently the police is investigating the matter.

CCTV footage of this attack has also come to the fore. It can be clearly seen in the video that 4 masked attackers come and start firing indiscriminately on Jarnail Singh. To escape from the attackers, Jarnail Singh enters a shop. The attackers also enter the shop behind him and keep firing till he dies. The attackers fled from the spot while firing.
The police have started searching for the accused by taking possession of the CCTV footage. The police have taken the body of the deceased into custody and kept it in the mortuary of the hospital for postmortem. Police say that soon the accused will be arrested.
