Bihar: On Friday, an official said that four people killed as an uncontrolled truck hit 6 people riding on two bikes near Lahari Tiwari Dih village on State Highway under Piro police station area of Bhojpur district of Bihar.
According to the information, Two died on the spot. While, two died during treatment in the hospital. Three people have been referred to Ara in critical condition. So far, three people have been reported dead. After the incident, angry people have blocked the road.
About this incident, DSP Rahul Singh said,” Two bikes collided first and then were crushed by a truck from behind. Apart from Piro police station, police from Sikarhta and Imadpur police station have reached the spot and are trying to pacify the people who were blocking the road. The accident took place around 11:30 am.”
Official said that the deceased were identified as Sanju Devi, Shivani Kumari, Omji, Veer Kunwar Ram. All of four were residents of Nauwan village of Sikrahta were returning from their relatives’ house in Jayshree village of Rohtas on bike. While, Abhishek Kumar, Antu Kumar were going from Tirojpur to Piro residence on bike. During this accident, two people died on the spot. While, two died during treatment.
