New Delhi: A blood-soaked body of a 22-year-old girl has been recovered from a house in Majnu ka Tila area under Civil Lines police station in Delhi. The deceased girl has been identified as 22-year-old Manisha Chhetri. The deceased girl is a resident of Safdarjung area of Delhi. Police has registered a case of murder and started investigation. A woman named Sapna called the police and informed about the incident at 7 am.
There was a party at Sapna’s house last night in which a boy and two more girls were present. Then there was some quarrel and then the girl was stabbed due to which she died. The accused has been identified and will be arrested soon. The accused and the deceased girl all used to work in weddings and parties under the event management company.
In the last 24 hours, the second incident of murder has come to light in Delhi. Yesterday i.e. on Monday, a 16-year-old girl was stabbed to death more than 16 times and crushed with a stone by a youth in Shahbad Dairy area of North-West Delhi. During this, the passers-by made no effort to stop the accused.
There is a lot of anger among people after the video of this brutal murder came on social media. Meanwhile, accused Sahil has confessed his crime in front of the Delhi Police. Sahil says that he has no regrets for his actions.
In the interrogation of Delhi Police, Sahil has said that he has no remorse for his crime. Sahil told that he was very angry at the time of the incident. The reason for this is also that the girl was ignoring him for many days. It is being told that the girl wanted to breakup with Sahil.
That’s why she started making distance from Sahil, she could not tolerate this. Police said that Sahil had thrown the knife in Rithala area after killing the girl. Police will collect evidence by taking Sahil on remand. After throwing the knife, Sahil went to Bulandshahr after catching the bus. Sahil is currently giving evasive answers on tying kalava and rudraksh rosary.
