New Delhi: On Friday, an official said that a school bus hit a motorcycle and an auto due to brake failure in Delhi. In this incident, the bike rider died on being taken to the hospital. After receiving information about this incident local police reached on the spot.
According to the information, today the school bus lost control and hit an auto and a scooty from behind. Meanwhile, the auto driver sustained injuries while the children remained unharmed. The collision was so severe that the scooty rider was seriously injured and later died.
In the early hours of today, the incident happened in IP Estate Police Station area of Delhi. The bus driver told the police that the bus brakes did not work properly due to a change in traffic light, due to which it collided with the bike rider and the auto driver.
Giving details about this incident, Official said that the bus belonged to a private school and around 42 students were on board at the time of the accident. The bus crushed the bike, leaving the rider seriously injured and he died in the hospital. The police are investigating the matter and have seized the bus.
