New Delhi: In Delhi’s Nebsarai area, a case of husband killing his wife by slitting her throat has come to light. After this, the accused tried to kill his son and daughter by attacking them as well. After being injured, the daughter saved herself by locking herself in the room and immediately informed the police and called them on the spot. However, daughter and son were injured in this attack. At the same time, the husband also tried to kill himself by cutting the vein of his hand.
The wife has died in this whole incident. Both the children have been admitted to AIIMS Trauma Center in Delhi for treatment where both are undergoing treatment. While the daughter is preparing for LLB, the same son is still studying. In this matter, DCP South Chandan Chowdhary told that the matter was reported this morning. The girl who called the police told that her father had attacked her mother and brother. He somehow saved his life by locking himself in the room, he is also injured.
As soon as the control room was informed, the police team of the local police station reached Indira Eclave along with the PCR team and saw that a woman was lying on the bed in a blood-soaked condition. There were several wounds on his neck. The daughter of the woman who made the call also had injury marks on her neck. A young man was also found there, there were marks of wounds on his forehead and neck. Both of them told that their father Vijayveer had attacked them all. The police team found that Vijayveer had injured his left hand by cutting his wrist.
The four injured were immediately taken to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared the woman, who has been identified as Suman, brought dead. While all three injured are admitted in the hospital. During interrogation, the police came to know that Vijayveer was married to Suman in 1992. They have two children, one is a son and the other is a daughter. These people are basically residents of Garhmukteshwar in Uttar Pradesh. After marriage, Vijayveer and Suman came to Delhi and started living in relative’s house in Neb Sarai area. Later on, there were frequent disputes between them regarding domestic matters.
It is alleged that Vijayveer started abusing Suman by saying that his family members did not give anything in marriage. Later it was also revealed that Vijayveer had become friends with another woman, due to which he was not paying attention to the family. When Suman started opposing this, the dispute increased in the house and Vijayveer often used to beat the wife. Both the children used to support the mother regarding this matter.
