In a courageous act, a Class 10 student named Lokesh in Haryana’s Palwal was shot while attempting to protect his mother and sister from harassment. Currently undergoing treatment at a private hospital, Lokesh intervened when three individuals on motorcycles began misbehaving with his mother and sister during their journey home on Thursday.
Haryana Student Shot While Confronting Harassers. During the confrontation, one of the harassers pulled out a gun, resulting in a struggle that ended with Lokesh being shot in the right hand. Despite the bloodshed, Lokesh’s mother and sister managed to rush him to a hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment.
Upon learning of the incident, the student’s uncle contacted the police, who have registered a case and are actively pursuing the accused. The shooter has been identified as Kokan from Badhra, and efforts are underway to apprehend him.
This incident highlights the unfortunate reality of harassment and the resilience shown by individuals like Lokesh in standing up against wrongdoing.
