Telangana: On Thursday morning, an official said that Six persons, including a girl child died after a car they were traveling in collided with a stationary truck. After receiving information about this incident local police reached on the spot.
According to the police report, Four were injured in this incident. The police said The accident happened near Kodada town in this district, located about 180 km from state capital Hyderabad, when the car onboarded with ten individuals crashed down onto the truck parked on the roadside for repairs along the Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway.
About this incident, Kodada DSP Sridhar Reddy told media that the car carrying the victims collided with the truck parked on the roadside for repairs, along the Hyderabad-Vijayawada highway. Reportedly, all six passengers (four men, one woman, and a baby girl) died on the spot as the car hit the truck at high speed.
Official said that in the early hours of Thursday, a total 10 people were in the car when the accident happened. Four passengers sustained minor injuries and were shifted to a government hospital. Official added that further investigation is underway.
