Kerala: A tragic accident happened in Kozhikode district of Kerala. Police said that three people including a minor boy drowned in Kunnamangalam in northern Kozhikode district. Police said that this accident happened on Saturday in Kunnamangalam in North Kozhikode district.
According to the police, the killed were in the accident identified as woman Sindhu alias Mini, her daughter Athira and relative 13-year-old Advait. Police said that all of them had come down to take bath in the river.
A police officer attached to Kunnamangalam police station said,”It is suspected that the tragedy happened when the boy was washed way suddenly and the mother and daughter tried to save him.”
The police officer said that they were taken to the nearest hospital, but by then it was too late. At present, the police have sent the bodies of the three people for post-mortem and have started further action.
