Saurabh, who shared the alarming footage, urged people to double-check hygiene elements before consuming food from railway station vendors. Following the video goes viral, railway authorities were rapid in their response. In a tweet, Railway Seva assured the user that immediate action would be taken, requesting the user to share their mobile number for quick resolution. They also advised users to raise concerns directly on the official railway complaint platform or dial 139 for speedy redressal. The Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) of the Bhopal division acknowledged the matter, assuring that concerned officials were being notified to ensure prompt action.
