New Delhi: Six people got scorched due to explosion of a small cylinder in Chhalera village located in sector 44. Seriously scorched Neeraj Saini and Bhim Saini have been admitted to Kailash Hospital in sector 27 for treatment.
At the same time, the other four are undergoing treatment at the district hospital in sector 39. According to sector 39 Kotwali police, there is Arun Saini’s house in street number one of Chhalera village. Some people live here on rent.
The small cylinder caught fire while cooking at around eight o’clock on Friday night. After some time the cylinder exploded. Due to this Ganesh Kumar, Capli, Salam, Istekhan, Neeraj Saini and Bhim Saini present there got scorched.
The police reached the information and admitted the people who were burnt in the fire to the hospital. Neeraj and Bhim have more than 30 percent burns. CFO Pradeep Kumar Choubey says that as soon as the information was received, a fire brigade vehicle left for the spot. However, before the arrival of the fire brigade, people brought the fire under control. Kitchen items have also been burnt in the fire.
