Indore: Members of Karni Sena created ruckus at rapper MC Stan’s concert at a hotel in Indore. He accused MC Stan of using foul language in his songs. Stan was forced to close the show as the situation worsened. Following the incident that took place on Friday night, the city police on Saturday registered a case against some members of the outfit, an official said, though no arrests have been made so far.
On Saturday, the police registered a criminal case against Karni Sena activists for creating a ruckus in the live performance of famous rapper MC Stan in Indore. Eyewitnesses said Karni Sena activists created ruckus during Stan’s performance at a hotel in Lasudia area on Friday night, alleging that he was spreading obscenity among the youth by using profanity in his songs.
According to eyewitnesses, the organizers had to stop the open-air event midway due to the ruckus, which angered fans who came to see and hear the rapper, winner of the 16th edition of reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss’. Eyewitnesses told that the police used mild lathi charge to control the people creating ruckus around the hotel.
DCP Sampat Upadhyay said that the FIR has been registered under sections 451 (trespass), 294 (misbehaviour) and 506 (intimidation) and other provisions of the IPC at Lasudia police station in the city.

RS Dandotia, sub-inspector of Lasudia police station, said that an FIR has been registered on the complaint of a security guard of the hotel. He said that the two named accused in the FIR include local leaders of Karni Sena-Digvijay Singh and Raja Singh, while the other accused are being identified after watching the video footage of the ruckus.
Dandotia told that Karni Sena activists are accused of abusing, threatening and breaking flower pots with the people present there after forcibly entering Stan’s program. The sub-inspector told that Stan had to leave the stage in the middle of the program in view of the uproar by the Karni Sena workers.
Some videos of the uproar have also surfaced, in one of which Karni Sena workers are shown climbing the empty stage of Stan’s program and occupying it after Stan’s departure.
