New Delhi: Strong earthquakes were once again felt in Turkey on Saturday. Let us know that an earthquake of magnitude 5.5 has occurred in central Turkey. The European-Mediterranean Seismic Center (EMSC) gave this information.

According to the EMSC, the earthquake was at a depth of 10 km (6.21 mi). The death toll from the devastating earthquake that hit Turkey and Syria on February 6 continues to rise. So far more than 50,000 people have died. In Turkey alone, more than 44,000 people have lost their lives.

The Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) had reported that the death toll in Turkey due to the earthquake rose to 44,218 by Friday night.
