The Forest Department in Delhi reacted promptly, with their primary objective being to capture the leopard safely and return it to its natural habitat. With the help of residents, the leopard was locked up in a room.

New Delhi: A leopard entered a residential area in Burari in northwest Delhi on Monday, causing panic among the people. The incident was recorded and shared on social media. The video showed the leopard jumping off the roof, and residents, in panic, trying to capture it on camera, has surfaced.

The leopard attacked 4 to 5 people, leaving them injured. They were later swiftly admitted to a hospital.

Police and the forest department team immediately arrived at the spot upon receiving information.
