India reports 10,093 fresh Covid-19 cases in last 24 hours, active cases crosses 57,000 marks

On Sunday, 10093 cases of Corona have been found across the country. A slight decline has been observed today compared to the cases reported on Saturday. The number of active cases has now reached 57542 with more than 10 thousand new patients.

New Delhi: There has been a slight decline in new cases of corona virus in the country, but the death figures are worrying. On Sunday, 10093 cases of Corona have been found across the country. A slight decline has been observed today compared to the cases reported on Saturday. The number of active cases has now reached 57,542 with more than 10 thousand new patients.

Talking about recovery from corona virus, 6,248 people have recovered in the last 24 hours in the country. With this, the number of recoveries in the country has now reached 4,42,29,459. The recovery rate is 98.68 percent.

According to the information available on the website of the Union Health Ministry, around 1,79,853 tests were conducted in the country on Saturday. Talking about vaccination, a total of 807 vaccinations were administered on Saturday. With this, the total number of vaccine doses in the country has reached 220.66.

Let us tell you that since last few days there was a sudden increase in infection cases in the country. The situation regarding Corona remains alarming because the death toll is also increasing slowly. On Saturday, 23 people died due to corona virus infection across the country. Masks have been made mandatory in many states including Delhi.

There are many states including Kerala, Maharashtra and Delhi where there has been a sharp rise in cases in the last few days. 1396 cases of corona virus were reported in capital Delhi on Saturday. For the first time in 15 months, so many cases were reported. The government is emphasizing on increasing testing.
