Ballia: An old woman was badly beaten up in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. The only fault of this woman was that she had connected the supply line to the water tank. The bullies of the village did not like this talk of the old woman and they beat her up.
This incident is of Bighi village of Bansdiharod police station area. According to the information, the old woman was getting the pipe installed for the supply of water from the water tank. But for doing so he was beaten up. The video of this incident went viral on social media. After the video went viral, the police swung into action and a case was registered. Police has registered a case against two people. The viral video is being told of 15 February.
Giving information about this matter, Additional Superintendent of Police Durga Prasad Tiwari said that this case is of Bighi village of Bansdiharod police station. A video went viral. In which a person was killing an old woman.
An argument broke out between the woman and her neighbour when she was trying to attach a pipe to a water tank outside her house.
The man then started abusing and kicking her while other neighbours tried to intervene, officials said.
Durga Prasad Tiwari further said that as soon as information came in this regard, a case was registered under relevant sections after taking Tahrir from the aggrieved party. Bansdiharod’s team is trying to arrest the accused. One is being interrogated in custody, whoever is accused in this will be arrested and further action will be taken. It has come to the knowledge that there was a dispute with the neighbor regarding the laying of water pipe. A case has been registered against two people.
