Rajasthan: A fire erupts at private school in Ajmer, all children safely evacuated

Rajasthan: On Tuesday afternoon, A fire broke out in the upper floor office of a private play school in Panchsheel area of ​​Ajmer, Rajasthan. After receiving information about this incident,local people and fire tenders reached on the spot.

After the fire, children were evacuated from the school, while people working in the call center got trapped there, who were later rescued by using ladders from the window.

According to the information, the accident took place in Satguru Building located in Panchsheel, Ajmer. Little Star School and Call Center were running in the building. Suddenly, a fire broke out in the electrician’s room at the back of the school in the afternoon.

Despite the intensity of the fire, all children present in the school at the time were successfully evacuated. On receiving the information, five vehicles of fire brigade immediately reached the spot and brought the fire under control. After the information about the accident, the administration had alerted the Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital administration.

The police said that the children of the play school were evacuated when the fire broke out, but around 100 employees working at the call center were trapped there. The incident of arson caused a crowd at the spot, although the fire was brought under control after about an hour.

Ajmer Range IG Lata Manoj Kumar, District Collector Bharti Dixit, SP Chunaram Jat, Corporation Commissioner, CO Bhopal Singh Bhati, Police Station In-Charge Ravindra Singh Peghi and other officials reached the spot on the information of the fire. While giving information, IG Dr. Lata Manoj said that this can be said after investigation about the cause of fire. However, all have been successfully resolved.
